Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time Once your order has been processed, standard shipping typically takes 7–20 business days for delivery within the United States. Total delivery time is estimated at 10–25 business days from the date of purchase.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high order volumes.

Shipping Cost We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. With orders over $70.

Where We Ship We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at braidenbusiness@yahoo.com and we will investigate the issue with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier disruptions outside our control.
